Welcome to Jacobs Reel Reviews.

This is a film review blog, where I offer my critique on films I have viewed and I believe are worth discussing, from those released in cinemas recently to those that are still talked about by filmgoers and critics today.

These films can be any genre including action, drama, comedy, sci-fi, horror or biographies and can also be released on any platform, whether that’s cinema or streaming websites such as Netflix, Disney+ or Amazon Prime.

I usually structure my reviews by highlighting the premise of my selected film and highlighting certain elements including the quality of the acting, special-effects, music score and the overall storyline, but if I decide something about this particular film is worth mention, I’ll review that too.

I usually post towards the end during the weekend, either every week or two weeks so visit my website then and see what I’m reviewing that week.
